Assuming the disease process follows its normal course, any person certified by their attending physician to have a life expectancy of six months or less.

In addition to the support of the Lexington Hospice team’s physician, we will collaborate with your Primary Care Physician for the best continuation of care possible.

Hospice provides services that promote the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of the patient and family in the patient’s home, wherever that may be. We also provide short-term inpatient care in communiities for pain and symptoms that are difficult to manage at home.
